Kenneth J. Ready

Kenneth J. Ready, a member of the New York State Bars, founded the law firm in 1989 after graduating from St. John’s Law School in 1984. Mr. Ready handles significant cases involving construction accidents, medical/hospital malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, falls from dangerous conditions and other serious injury cases for the firm.

Mr. Ready is highly respected for his successful career in the courtroom. He and his firm frequently are retained by fellow attorneys to serve as trial counsel on important cases. Over the years, Mr. Ready has served as a lecturer on trial tactics for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, St. John’s University School of Law, the Nassau County Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and served as the Chair of the Plaintiff’s Round Table for the Nassau County Bar Association. He has tried cases throughout the New York metropolitan area. His reputation for excellence has been built on successes in tough cases in some of the toughest counties in the downstate area. He has dozens of million dollar verdicts and settlement in cases in which no surgery was performed. These verdicts include a $5,000,000 settlement in Nassau County of a back injury cases after one week on trial; a $4,000,000 closed head injury settlement in Queens County after two weeks on trial; a $20,000,000 million dollar verdict and $6,500,000 settlement of a construction site accident in New York County; a $2,250,000 settlement of a closed head injury case in Suffolk County after two weeks on trial and multiple million dollar verdicts and settlements in Kings and Bronx Counties. Many of these verdicts and settlement were produced on cases tried for other attorneys who had been unable to secure a settlement without Mr. Ready’s involvement.
Gregory Scott Gennarelli

Gregory (Scott) Gennarelli represents those seriously injured in an accident as the result of the negligence of others. In addition to his extensive experience handling construction accidents, Scott handles all types of accidents that result in serious personal injuries or the wrongful death of a loved one.

Scott has handled such notable cases such as: a landmark wrongful death case against Rye Playland (amusement park accident); he has represented victims of the Staten Island Ferry accident; and, he has resolved one the few successful cases against members of the swimming pool industry in New York in a complex design defect/failure to warn case. In some instances, his successes have led to operational changes that have mae various entities and industries safer for generations to come. It is Scott's creative thinking that has not only impressed lawyers and clients alike, but has lead to substantial recoveries on cases that many believed were difficult, if not impossible, to win.

Prior to joining Kenneth J. Ready & Associates, Scott spent over 12 years a with a respected Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice firm in Manhattan where he had great success handling the firms Construction Accident, complex, and catastrophic injury cases. Before that, Scott was a summer associate for a prestigious products liability firm in Manhattan.
Parneet K. Chauhan

Parneet K. Chauhan specializes in litigation, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chauhan concentrated in real estate, trusts and estates, family and matrimonial law at a Garden City firm. She is member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Ms Chauhan received her undergraduate degree from The American University in Washington, D.C., and her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in 2010. During law school, Ms. Chauhan represented victims of domestic violence in Family Court cases involving family offenses, custody, and child support under the Student Practice Rule.

Ms. Chauhan is fluent in Punjabi and conversant in Hindi.
